2 · The fine print (it's short)
- Keep the credit line. The line under the iframe is a normal, visible link to hostfees.com. That's the only thing we ask in return. Please don't hide it, shrink it to nothing, or nofollow-swap it for a link to somewhere else.
- Height: 720px fits phones at default zoom. Only placing it in a wide column (600px or more)? 440 is plenty. On very small screens (320px) it may scroll a little inside the frame.
- Private by design: the math runs in your visitor's browser. No cookies, no ads, no affiliate links inside the widget, nothing sent to us or to you.
- Always current: it loads from hostfees.com, so when Airbnb or Vrbo change fees (next up: Vrbo's flat 12% on October 29, 2026) your embed updates on its own.
- Don't pass it off as official. It's an independent estimate tool, not an Airbnb, Vrbo or Expedia Group product.
